Andy McCreadie of Sandler Training will present a Sales Seminar for Business Owners and Directors giving you insights into how to proactively uncover and close new business consistently. Andy has been training company owners and sales teams for 15 years. Having built sales divisions in various industries he now runs his own sales and management training business working with some of the fastest growing companies in the South West. This session will help you to understand some of the reasons sales issues crop up and looks at some alternative approaches to overcome them.

Guy Arnold, author of Great or Poor, and an expert in achieving ‘customer delight’ will be presenting on how to build business through delivering excellent customer service. The seminar is entitled “Building a customer-focused brand and is aimed at ambitious business owners who want to exploit the opportunities available to them in 2010. This might be taking their existing products or services into a new market, or it could be launching a new product or service for existing customers. The seminar will look at the role that your brand can play in helping your business to achieve its objectives.
